Worn, used, or altered wigs or hair pieces — for hygiene and safety reasons, any item that shows signs of wear cannot be returned

4. Damages & Incorrect Items

5. How to Start a Return

6. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

Once your return is approved, place a new separate order for the desired item.
This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible without delays.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status via email.
